Let’s talk infrastructure. This module is where you start learning the tools that will support your growth. You don’t have to build your business from scratch. We’ve already put the scaffolding in place. Your job is to learn how to use it. You’ll be introduced to the three websites that serve as your business command centers: LivePURE.com, PureTeamGlobal.com, and WorldWidePURE.com (our team’s mentorship platform).
Curriculum Includes:
- Tour of LivePURE.com (back office, SmartShip, order system)
- Tour of PureTeamGlobal.com (training academy: “Train. Equip. Inspire.”)
- Tour of WorldWidePURE.com (tools from Tia Jolie Phillips & Robin Phillips)
- How to read your volume, understand PV/CV, and track ranks
- Using the Share Cart and STP with new customers
- Tools for new customer retention and follow-up

Now it’s time to step into leadership. In this module, we’ll show you the core principles that define an ethical, powerful, and purpose-driven entrepreneur. These are the values that protect your business, elevate your reputation, and keep you in alignment with something bigger than yourself.

- WWP Best Practices (Golden Rule, compliance, team ethics)
- Weekly mentorship: how and why to counsel up
- Communication do’s and don’ts
- What it means to be an Impact Player:
- Build your best self (mind, body, spirit)
- Plug in tightly, show up ready
- Share the plan 3x per week
- Grow your relationship network daily
- Stay accountable and coachable
The truth is, people follow energy and example. This module is where you become someone others trust—someone who walks the walk and leads with integrity.
🔹 Module 5: Simple Systems that Duplicate
This one is all about making your life easier. Great businesses are built on simple, repeatable actions that anyone can follow. We’ll teach you how to stop overthinking and start duplicating. If it’s not simple, it won’t scale.

- STP: Share the Program (don’t sell—share!)
- Sample scripts, menus, and what to say
- Daily Method of Operation (DMO) for consistency
- Using your calendar like a pro
- Getting bricked: 2 who get 2
- SmartShip = Smart Business

You’re almost there. This module gives you a crystal-clear look at how to reach your first official rank in the PURE compensation plan: Silver. We’ll walk you through what Silver requires, why it matters, and what it unlocks.

- Understanding “structure” vs. volume
- Showing the money: what’s possible at Silver
