Welcome to the Leadership portion of your GoSilver journey. At this level, you’re not just in business—you’re becoming the kind of person others can look to, learn from, and lean on. In the Business Module, we built your foundation. Now it’s time to frame up something lasting. Leadership is never given. It’s claimed. Earned. Grown. And often, it begins long before anyone notices. The next six modules will walk you through the essential mindset, posture, and responsibility of becoming a leader worth following—one who can one day train leaders of their own.
🔷 Module 1: Leadership Begins With You
The truth is, no one hands out leadership titles in this business. There’s no manager assigning tasks, no boss watching the clock. That means everything starts with you. If you’re waiting for permission, you’ll be waiting forever. In this module, we’re going to dive into the kind of personal responsibility, internal drive, and unshakeable mindset that separates leaders from the crowd.
Curriculum Includes:
- Leadership is claimed, not granted
- The internal compass: doing the right thing when no one’s watching
- Ownership vs. victimhood in entrepreneurial life
- The power of decision: “I will not be denied”
- Recap of Impact Player and Best Practices (personal leadership habits)
- Daily rituals that build resilience and consistency

🔷 Module 2: Lead Yourself, Then Lead Others
Before you can train or inspire anyone else, you’ve got to lead yourself—daily. That means doing what needs to be done whether or not anyone notices, whether or not it’s convenient. In this module, we’ll talk about what it means to move from “checking boxes” to modeling excellence in every area of this business.
Curriculum Includes:
- The difference between activity and ownership
- Mentorship starts with self-leadership: Are you coaching yourself?
- Leaders are readers: building your internal board of advisors
- Prioritizing personal growth (books, audios, training calls)
- Showing up on time, prepared, with your camera on
- Setting the tone for your team through example
Great leaders don’t rely on hype. They rely on habit. This module helps you examine whether the person you’re becoming is someone you’d follow into battle.
🔷 Module 3: Establish Mentorship and Learn to Be Led
This is a team sport—but only if you’re willing to be coachable. In this module, you’ll learn how to identify, approach, and fully plug in to mentorship that can shave years off your learning curve. You may be in business for yourself, but you’re not by yourself—unless you choose to be.
Curriculum Includes:
- Why mentorship isn’t about control—it’s about calibration
- Identifying strong leaders to learn from
- How to reach upline effectively and respectfully

By now, you’ve seen what leadership requires—and what it unlocks. In this final module, we’ll challenge you to take full ownership of your future, recommit to your goals, and lead like someone who’s already been to where others want to go.

- The power of internal declaration: “I’ve decided.”
- You have everything you need—so what’s stopping you?
- Reviewing the tools, team, and support systems
- Creating a 90-day leadership game plan
- Setting your sights on GoPlatinum
- Becoming a teacher of GoSilver: passing the baton
